Department of Scientific Research and Studies

The efforts of the department promotes excellence in scientific research by setting multidiscipline research strategies and cooperative participation to promote synergies within and outside the Centre locally and internationally; to reinforce human capacity-building and enrich scientific activities.

In addition, the department’s area of work is in localizing research and laboratory analysis, establishing and applying research programs using biotechnology in the fields of medicine, environment, agriculture and food industry.
